Banana Praline Muffins


These muffins are just amazing! This has the right blend of banana and pecan! They are buttery and light and just taste oh so yummy!

This is the bowl that has pecans, brown sugar, and the sour cream in it.

 

Mix the batter up and this is what it looks like.  It’s just so yummy!

 

 

 

 

This is what they look like when they are baked.  That praline stripe is sweet and just the right amount!

 

When they are still warm I enjoy slicing it open and putting some butter on it and enjoy it!

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl stir together brown sugar and sour cream. Stir in pecans. Set aside.
  2. Mash bananas.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl stir together egg, sugar, oil and mashed bananas until well blended.
  4. Add pancake mix, stirring just until moistened.
  5. Grease muffin cups or line with paper back cups. Fill 2/3 full with batter. Drop 1 teaspoon of the pecan mixture on top of each muffing.
  6. Bake at 400 oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
