I think being gluten free that this has been the hardest part of making that transition.  I baked as a kid.  It was the first thing my mom taught me how to do.  I was 10 and baked a chocolate cake from scratch (no mix) and won FIRST place at my country fair.  My peanut butter cookies won ribbons too as a youth.  I love to bake for others.  Who doesn’t like a brownie or chocolate chip cookie?  Holidays come and it’s like oh joy everyone eating cookies and pies and yeah I’m over here eating card board.

I hope you find something that you, your friends, and your loved ones will just love and satisfies that sweet tooth!
