Staples are the things everyone should have in their pantries. Yes they are also silver pieces of metal some use to hold stacks of paper together. Please don’t eat those as that could cause you some health issues and frankly I don’t know if those are gluten free.
Based on your household and cultural diversity your staples may differ from mine. I’d like to think there are some things that are pretty similar across different cuisines and heritages. Things like flours, stocks, pastas, etc. I’m willing to try new brands and a variety of things however, please don’t email me to tell me that monkey brains is a staple in your kitchen, as I am not going to review it for you. Nor do I plan to make roasted crickets or fire ants a staple. You can, write me about it and who knows maybe I’ll feature you!
