I think one of the things that most people struggle with when going gluten free is bread. You can do a lot of testing and it gets expensive. Gluten Free breads are not cheap. The size of the bread is “smaller” than regular loaves.
I was happy when I found this brand. I could then have a decent PB&J again! Making sandwiches with meats and cheese is not so great unless you toast the bread. It’s just nice to have breakfast and be able to have a piece of toast.
The Udi’s brand is a good brand. I’ve found when making sandwiches other than peanut butter and jelly – I have to toast the bread. If I don’t toast the bread it falls apart.
The texture and flavor are good.
I keep it in my freezer and then take it out about a day before I need bread. This bread is often found in the freezer section of the grocery store.
