If you are like any other American you’ve been to Red Lobster and had those cheesy garlic biscuits.  Well, I have a recipe that will put those to shame!

If you love the cheddar bay biscuits that are served at Red Lobster - you will love these!
Servings: 10 Servings
Ingredients
Garlic Cheese Biscuit
  • 2 Cups Bisquick Mix (Gluten-Free)
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder If you use fresh garlic use 2 cloves.
  • 1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine (Plant-Based) FIRM (from the refrigerator)
  • 2/3 Cup Milk or Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup (2 oz.) Cheddar Cheese (Or Goat Cheese) Shredded (can use other kinds of cheese)
  • 3 Eggs or Egg Substitute
Garlic-Butter Topping
  • 1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine (Plant Based) melted
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder If you use fresh garlic use 2 cloves.
Instructions
Garlic Cheese Biscuts
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick mix and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Cut in 1/4 cup butter, using pastry blender or fork, until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Stir in milk, cheese and eggs until soft dough forms.

  3. Drop dough by 10 spoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet.

  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.

Garlic-Butter Topping
  1. Mix 1/4 cup melted butter and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder; brush on warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

Recipe Notes

You could add green onions for an additional flavor layer!
