So, everyone loves to have a flour tortilla. Great for breakfast burritos, other meal burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and the list can go on. Growing up in Northern California I learned to love Mexican food.
Gluten Free Tortilla’s cost more than their gluten filled ones and there are far less per package. So, it’s not something I have a lot – I do most of my Mexican food with corn tortillas. But sometimes you just want a flour tortilla!
These are fried. I’ve found that if you try to use the gluten free tortilla’s raw or heated in the microwave they just crack and break. Lightly frying them seems to work great!
